12 of us over here are putting together a plan to establish a Cell   phone company (like Verizon, at&t), grocery store, rice mill,   resort, restaurant, spa, dive shop, it training center, petrol station  and a small outlet mall. In southern Luzon Batangas Philppines.

We figure 5 million USD should be enough to get us through the first year, the biggest being the Cell phone company
