My name is Gary McNeely, I work in ADB as a Network Administrator for Alex Gaerlan. Prior to coming to ADB last September, my experience with IBM Maximo and VMWARE was zero. I was content being a Network Administrator then when I came to ADB Alex explained his vision for ADB and outlined my expected contributions to ADB. I appreciate Alex for letting me figure things out, giving me the ability to grow and feel like I have a direct effect in Maximo. I look forward to going to work, all of us in ADB have a great working relationship and on occasions we have gone to dinner as a team. This is a direct result of Alex Gaerlan.
